My water heater busted recently so I needed to find someone who could replace it quickly, but I also wanted to find the best price. I called all of the companies in the area that I could find and some couldn’t come out for a few days, others wouldn’t give price quotes over the phone (I guess they’re hoping that if they’re already in your house, you’ll agree to whatever price they give you.)
I am really happy that I called Dodrill, the girl who answered the phone had her boss call me back to give me pricing information. He was so nice and helpful, he helped me figure out what kind of water heater I had, AND they had the best price on the exact same water heater. They were able to get a team out quickly to install the new water heater and once the guys were there they were quick and efficient. Everyone was very friendly too. They accidentally let a wasp in while the door was open and one of the guys even went out to the truck, got a ladder, and took care of the wasp for me.
I am beyond pleased with my experience with Dodrill and will 100% use them again.
